Varias veces me pasó a mí, y mi mamá siempre decía: “no te preocupes, te volverá a crecer”.

Desgraciadamente, existen muchas mujeres cuyo cabello no crece durante el tiempo en que luchan valientemente contra el cáncer. La enfermedad no sólo merma su salud, sino también su autoestima al sentir que dejan de ser quién son cuando pierden su cabellera.

No puedo ni imaginarme la frustración de todas estas guerreras, pero sí puedo contribuir a hacer una diferencia en sus vidas.

El National Donate Your Hair Day te invita a que dones tu cabello para proporcionar pelucas de cabello natural a mujeres que han perdido su cabellera debido al cáncer que padecen.

El próximo 8 de septiembre se celebrará el National Donate Your Hair Day, que anima a las personas de todo el país a cortarse su cabello y donarlo a Pantene Beautiful Lengths.

Desde el 2006, este programa creado por Pantene se dedica a proporcionar pelucas de cabello natural gratuitas para mujeres que han perdido su cabello como resultado del tratamiento contra el cáncer.

Yo he usado de los dos tipos cuando he querido cambiar mi look temporalmente y, simplemente, no hay comparación.
